Thematic round tables in Tivat and Kotor, which are a part of the process of realization Programa razvoja kulture 2011-15, were attended by over 80 cultural stakeholders and citizens from these two municipalities (there were 37 in Kotor, and 45 interested parties in Tivat). During April the same set of thematic meetings will be held with the interested parties from Herceg Novi.
According to the Municipalities of Kotor, Tivat and Herceg Novi initiated the processes for creation of municipal Programmes for the Development of Culture for the period 2011-2015. The municipal programmes are adopted in accordance with the National Programme for the Development of Culture and they should contain: long-term needs of the local population and the stakeholders from the field of culture, developmental priorities, dynamics of realization, financial and administrative measures for their implementation.
Active participation is crucial for passing of strategic documents. Therefore, with the aim of including the public to the broadest extent, gathering data and information of importance for the culture development program for Kotor, we invite the stakeholders from culture, interested citizens, to give their contribution by providing suggestions, proposals and opinions
