Skadar Lake – A Study of Potentials for Sustainable Spatial Development

E-mail Print
skadarsko-studija
This publication was one of the results of a two-year project funded by the Rockefeller Brothers Foundation. The publication has been produced only in a digital form. The reasons for taking this geographic area as the subject of the research lie in its exceptionally vivid and diverse cultural landscape (natural and built environment) which despite being one of the largest potentials of the region has not yet been valued in a satisfactory way. The aim of the study was to present, at one place, all the potentials of Skadar Lake, the possibilities and limitations for their usage, encouraging in that way the process of defining the possibilities and conditions under which the integral sustainable protection and revitalization of this protected area could be carried out. icon Skadarsko jezero-studija (8.78 MB)

Questionnaire: Capacity of the cultural policy actors in Boka Kotorska

Expeditio is conducting an analysis of the capacity of cultural policy actors in Boka Kotorska, through a questionnaire designed for that purpose. The idea of the questionnaire is to assess the capacity of public cultural institutions in the area of Boka Kotorska, which could form a basis for the creation of local cultural strategies. The analysis is part of the project "Non-institutional Partakers of Cultural Policy in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia“  and a continuation of the workshop “Strategic planning of culture at the local level”, organized in July 2010 in cooperation between Expeditio and the Departments for Social Affairs within the Municipalities of Kotor, Tivat and Herceg Novi.
