At the beginning of March 2012, Expeditio delivered to the Department of Culture and Social Affairs in the Municipality of Kotor a draft Local Programme for the Development of Culture.
The draft is the result of a consultation process with various stakeholders that has lasted for several months, conducted in close cooperation with the Department of Culture and Social Affairs.
Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.
