Taken from the site: Business Centre of Municipality Savski venac --- City Municipality Savski venac issued an open anonymous single-preliminary competition for the architectural and urbanistic solution of Eco green village in the teritory of Municipality of Savski venac, which make MILD Home residential buildings designed according to the standards of sustainability in the construction and exploitation and that by its structure and equipment contributes to a higher standard of living in terms of ecology and environmental protection, energy efficiency and social cohesion.
City Municipalities of Savski venac, as a partner within the project MILD Home (acronym of My Modular, Intelligent, Low Cost, Do It Yourself, nearly zero energy house for our Eco Green Village), advertised Competition as a segment of two-year project funded by the European Union, within the SEE transnational Cooperation Programme South East Europe, which is being implemented in six states.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
participation right have persons with acquired university degree in the field of architecture as well as architecture students.
DEADLINES
The deadline for entries is February o14TH, 2014. regardless of the mode of delivery. Deadline for the work of the jury and the publication of results is February 28th, 2014.
AWARDS
If until the determined deadline arrives at least five (5) works that conforms to the format of the competition, the compensation will be provided through:
1. The inclusion of authors of winning solution in the work of experts team and the preparation of the feasibility study (April 2014). Involvement in the total gross value of 600,000 dinars, will be regulated by agreements on cooperation (maximum of three contracts for three best evaluated solutions);
2.Paid sojourn to up to two members of each of a maximum three victorious teams and participation at the fair COSTRUMA in Budapest, where they will, at booth of MILD HOME project will be presented award-winning solutions from Savski venac;
3.Promotion of awarded works at architecture and urbanism showrooms n the region and at international events and conferences; representation in specialized magazines on the subject of architecture and sustainable construction.
