First regional conference on the theme "Green Culture" was held in Tivat, from May 15-17. As part of this conference Expeditio had an oportunity to present itself. Expeditio representative gave a presentation on the application of the principles of sustainable development in our several projects.

Conference Green Culture is a new concept launched by artists and activists from the UK, for the protection of the environment, which specializes in environmental issues from the perspective of culture, art and creative industries. It indicates how the creative industries influent in changing behavior and how they can contribute to sustainable economic development while minimizing negative impact on the environment and using natural and renewable resources. The conference also wants to show how creativity and science can work together to create a clean, green urban living space.

The conference brought together speakers and experts from reputable UK institutions, such as Imperial College, Royal College of Art, the Royal Central School for Speech and Drama, Cass Business School, Institute for Fundraising, Julie's Bicycle and Martin Kaufman Philanthropy. The conference also aims at the establishment of the Office for the Coordination of innovative projects of Imperial College London "Blue Green Dream" (www.bgd.org.uk). A further intention is to bring local and regional experts and activists from the Ministry of Culture and Sustainable Development and non-governmental organizations as well as independent activists and all those who can contribute to this conference. Keynote speakers at the opening session will be Prince Nikola Petrovic and Alison Tickell from Julie 's Bicycle . British Coucnil is proud to be joining such an important mission, fostering green approach across all its activities.

During the conference is organized a workshop on the theme "The Art and Sustainable Development", designed by the Royal College of Art - one of the most prestigious and influential institutions for art and design in the world. Expeditio representative participated at this workshop.
