Exposing new European Charter of Regional Planning, meeting was open by one of three experts who have worked on this important document, Honorary President of the European Council of Spatial Planners, Luc-Emile Bouche-Florin.

In addition to presenting the contents of the Charter, the distinguished architect and spatial planner spoke specifically about the heritage and landscape within this document, and the democratic participation in the planning area, to which in the new charter was given special attention. Luc-Emile Bouche will present European Charter of Spatial Planning, adopted in Barcelona in 2013, about which he spoke at yesterday's workshop, within few days, at the big summit of Ministers for Spatial Planning of European countries, which will be held in Athens. It is expected that this meeting will be attended by Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism of Montenegro, Branimir Gvozdenovic.
