A group of experts from various fields from the area of Kotor Bay has filed an Initiative to protect the complex Car-camp in Dobrota, due to concerns about the planned interventions that threaten to destroy this complex, which is a typical example of architecture of the XX century and threaten the value of the region of Kotor, which is located on the World Heritage Site List.
On location Car-camp in Dobrota the preparatory works on the construction of this tourist complex are in progress. The board that is placed on the site states that the work investor is "MD Enterprise" Ltd., Kotor, and that the works are based on the decision of the Government of Montenegro, no. 08-2982 / 3 of 1.21.2015. On the board is displayed 3D model of the tourist resort as well.
The Initiative to protect the complex Car-camp in Dobrota as an intangible cultural property which includes a valuable architecture building from the XX century, is submitted to the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Property according the Law on the Protection of Cultural Property.
