Center for Empirical Cultural Studies of South-East Europe launched the project "Exit from the margins - research and policy making of independent cultural scene in South East Europe", which is financially supported by Balkan Arts and Culture Fund (BAC). The project is implemented in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania, and is trying to include in the survey the independent cultural scenes of Croatia and Slovenia as well.The local partner in Montenegro is Expeditio. One of the research activities is organizing FOCUS GROUPS in the region, therefore one focus group is organized in Podgorica, on Friday, 06.11.2015. at 11 am in Cultural Centre Gavroche.
The goal of the focus group was to collect information about the problems faced by the actors of the cultural scene, possible solutions, experiences, collaboration, social status of cultural workers, etc., that will make a major contribution to the development of a joint study on the independent cultural actors in the region.
