Focus group, organized by the Art Workshop Lazareti, within the project ACT4CITY, was held in Dubrovnik, Gallery "Otok", on 07/06/2016. ACT4CITY is a project jointly implemented by four partners from the region: EXPEDITIO, Micro-Art, Creative City Network and Art Workshop Lazareti.
Focus group was held with local organizations: "Kinookus", "Luza" - Association for the promotion of media culture, "Bonsai", Student theater "Lero", Youth Association "Orlando", Croatian Association of Artists Dubrovnik, Initiative "Srđ is ours" and "Placa - Collective for Space Research".
Focus group theme was the role of independent organizations in the aspect of the sustainability of town / cities. The focus group had a total of 14 participants from 8 organizations.
Project "ACT4CITY - Independent cultural actors towards sustainable Balkan Cities" is jointly implemented by: Expeditio, Kotor, ME; Micro Art - Ministry of space, Belgrade, RS; Creative City Network - CCN, Skopje, Macedonia; Art Workshop Lazareti, Dubrovnik, CRO.
The project was approved in February 2015 by the Balkan Arts and Culture Fund.
