Who are the actors dealing with CITIES and their sustainability in Macedonia and the Western Balkans region and how the framework for their activity can be improved? This is the topic of the ACT4CITY round table that will be held at HUB in Skopje (ul. Zagrebška br. 28, 1000 Skopje), on Saturday, 5 November 2016.
