Welcome to the play KoTo(R) o KOTORU in Kotor, 13 December 2016

After Cetinje, the play KoTo(R) o KOTORU will be performed for the fifth (and probably the last) time in Kotor (Cultural Centre Nikola Đurković) on Tuesday, 13 December 2016 at 8 p.m. We are especially glad that for this occasion the book KoTo(R) o KOTORU will be printed, which, in addition to script, contains sections about the process of creation of the play, as well as different reviews and texts about community theatre. The book will be available on the day of performance.

The admission for the play is 2 €. The admission is charged because we need to cover expenses of venue renting and audio equipment hire.

Tickets can be bought at the box office of the Cultural Centre Nikola Đurković:

- on Monday, 12 December 2016, from 10 am to 1 pm
- on Tuesday, 13 December 2016, from 10 am to 1 pm and from 6 pm to 8 pm

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In November 2015, NGO EXPEDITIO started, in cooperation with the theatre director Petar Pejaković, the process of producing a documentary theatre play in which the citizens of Kotor were the participants, while the town of Kotor was the topic. The play “KoTo(R) o Kotoru” /a pun that can be read “Who (talks) about Kotor/ resulted from this process, which lasted 8 months. The citizens of Kotor are both the authors of script and actors in the play.

The play was premiered in Kotor on 20 June 2016, since when it has had five performances, the last one at FIAT Festival in Podgorica. Additional information about the play, reviews, photos and excerpts from newspaper articles, can be found here or on the links below:
