We inform you that a DRAFT NATIONAL PROGRAMME FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURE 2011-2016 has been drawn up. The document can be downloaded here. An invitation has also been sent to all stakeholders to take part in the public hearings about the document, which will be organized in Bijelo Polje, Cetinje and Kotor during July 2010. The exact dates of the public hearing will be subsequently published on the website of the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro.
In addition to public hearings, comments, remarks, proposals and suggestions regarding this draft document should be submitted to the Ministry, no later than August 1st, 2010, at the following mailing address:
