Dear friends,

The questionnaire in front of you is a part of the project "Non-institutional actors of cultural policy in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia", financed by the European Cultural Foundation. The aim of this project is to examine the capacity of the key actors of cultural policy which operate outside the system of a public / national cultural institutions. On the basis of that examination, the goal will be to make a map and assess the strength of the independent cultural scene in these three countries. Also, that will be a starting point to begin the process of operational / tactical networking of non institutional actors of cultural policy at national and regional levels, to exchange cultural programs, strengthen the capacity of the independent scene, apply in partnership at international competitions and increased influence on decision making in the sphere of cultural policy at local and national levels.

The information you will give us through this questionnaire will be the basis for making the study which we hope will draw attention to the activities and programs of independent cultural scene in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia, as well as the problems they face in work. The quality of the study will depend largely on the quality of the data, so please answer all the questions as accurate as possible. Our goal is not to study and show the capacity of individual organizations, but the strength and weaknesses of the independent cultural scene as a whole.

Completing the questionnaire takes about 30 minutes. We hope that you will "find" this time in dense schedule and you will help us in our joint work. You can download questionnaire here: Upitnik: Vaninstitucionalni kulturni akteri u Crnoj Gori.doc

In Montenegro, the project is part of a wider initiative implemented by EXPEDITIO under the MED program, called Sostenuto.
