Our organization is a partner with the municipalities of Kotor, Tivat and Herceg Novi in the process of creation of municipal Programmes for the Development of Culture for the period 2011-2015, pursuant to the Law on Culture of Montenegro. These municipal programs are passed in accordance with the National Programme for the Development of Culture and it should contain: long-term needs of the local population and the stakeholders in the field of culture, development priorities, dynamics of realization, financial and administrative measures for their implementation.
Active participation of all interested parties is crucial for passing of strategic documents. Therefore, we invite all stakeholders from culture and interested citizens to give their contribution by providing suggestions, proposals and opinions in the process of gathering data and information of importance for the Programme for the Development of Culture 2011-15.
