On Sunday, 16 December 2012, a small artistic action will be held in the amphitheater of Herceg Hovi Theatre, beginning at 11 a.m. The action implies the painting of the sculpture named "Tristan", created by the artist Isabella Matos. The production of this sculpture, which will be placed in a public space in Herceg Novi, is part of Expeditio’s project "Promoting the Principles of Sustainable Development in Public Spaces of Boka Kotorska". The sculpture was modeled from old newspapers using a papier-mâché technique. The final phase of the sculpture is a decorative painting work, which will be done together with the children participating in programes of the organization “Avenir” from Herceg Novi, as well as talented children attending the classes in different painting and applied art techniques led by the sculpture author.
The sculpture will be placed in the park between the Post Office and the “Park” Hall on Saturday, 22 December 2012, at 12 o’clock. Welcome!!
