Project for General Capacity Development

In mid-December our organization has been granted a three-year project to strengthen the institutional capacity, but also for the further active contribution to implementation of the Strategy for Sustainable Development of Montenegro. The main objectives of the project are: establishment of efficient human resource management, ensuring long-term sustainability of Expeditio, development and improvement of program activities and providing visibility of the organization in general and expert public through the creation of PR material and annual report EXPEDITIO for 2008 and 2009. The donor is: Rockefeller Brothers Fund. Project duration: 3 years.

APPROVED A PROJECT FOR A GENERAL CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT

In the middle of December Expeditio was approved a three-year grant as a contribution to general support and capacity development. The grant will also be used for our further active contribution to implementing the Strategy of Sustainable Development of Montenegro.

The main goals of the project are:

- to establish more efficient human resources management through creating a database of our collaborators, analyzing the database and proposing concrete future activities and launching an interactive open source web portal (web 2.0 internet) in order to create an active network which will include people who want to cooperate with us
