Artizen project final event at the Pantheon in Paris

On Thursday, 17 November 2016, a final event of the project Artizen will be held at the Paris Pantheon. At this event, Tatjana Rajic, from NGO Expeditio will present the activities and work on producing the documentary play “KoTo(R) o Kotoru”. Visitors will also have the opportunity to see the exhibited panels testifying to this civic theater initiative from Kotor.

Project ARTIZEN is funded through program Creative Europe 2014 - Smaller scale cooperation projects (COOP1). Alongside Expeditio the partners in the project are Dédale from France, Alt Art from Romania, Prostorož from Slovenia and Idensitat from Spain.

Artizen is an acronym coined from the words art and citizen. The project seeks to demonstrate how artistic and creative activities can be used in order to encourage citizens to be more actively involved in their cities. In this context, more than a year ago Expeditio began working on the documentary play “KoTo(R) o Kotoru”, which has been performed four times in Kotor and once in Podgorica. The play and the process of its production were presented a few months ago in Beijing.

The play “KoTo(R) o Kotoru” was funded from the projects “Artizen” and “Act4City”.
