Montenegrin partners on the project "Heritage- Driver for Development" will present the project at the XIII meeting of the Europe Council workshops for the implementation of the European Convention on regions, that is held on October 2nd and 3rd, 2013, in Cetinje. The theme of this conference is "Future Space: identification and analysis of regions, the situation in a democracy."
