Within the Ljubljana Process II (Joint Action EU-CoE), Expeditio representative was invited to participate at the Regional Expert Pool training which was held in Strasbourg (France), from February 10th till 11th, 2014. Expeditio representative is a member of Ljubljana Process Regional Expert Pool.
Ljubljana Process II - Rehabilitating our Common Heritage, is a process supported by the European Commission and the Council of Europe . The process is a continuation of the activities undertaken within the framework of Integrated Rehabilitation plan / project / research on the architectural and archaeological heritage ( IRPP / SAAH called Ljubljana Process ), which was jointly developed by the Council of Europe and the European Commission 2003 - 2010.
Ljubljana Process Regional Expert Pool was formed to provide advice and assistance in RCC TFCS , its Secretariat , as well as certain participants in the implementation of activities in the area concerned. Experts who make this Expert Pool are from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, covering different areas of expertise from conservation architects, archaeologists, art historians to managers in culture, economics, etc.
As part of the fundraising strategy and business planning, which are conducted by Expert Pool, CoE and TFCS have decided to jointly organize training - workshop which aims to raise awareness, skills transfer, exchange of working papers as well as activities related to the preparation of studies / flagships in LPII countries. The intention is to prepare a regional Expert Pool members to participate in the support and training of local teams, as well as gathering information on areas and projects.
