A focus group held within the ACT4CITY project, Valjevo, 13 December 2015

On 13 December 2015, a focus group was organized within the ACT4CITY project. The focus group, organized by the NGO Mikro Art, was held in the research centre “Vladimir Mandić Manda” in Valjevo.

The focus group entailing a meeting of representatives of street galleries was attended by 17 participants from 7 bigger and smaller towns. The participants discussed different topic related to independent cultural scene.

The project “ACT4CITY - Independent cultural actors towards sustainable Balkan cities” is jointly implemented by 4 partners from the region: EXPEDITIO, Kotor, Montenegro; Mikro Art – Ministry of Space, Belgrade, Serbia; City Creative Network - CCN, Skoplje, Macedonia; Art Workshop Lazareti, Dubrovnik, Croatia.

The project was approved at the end of February 2015 by the Balkans Arts & Culture Fund.
