The United Nations adopted the new framework for sustainable development - Transforming Our World: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which is composed of 17 goals and 169 targets to wipe out poverty, fight inequality and tackle climate change over the next 15 years. The Agenda was supported by presidents of all the UN member states.
The campaign Global Goals for Sustainable Development aims at promoting the global goals of sustainable development in order to achieve 3 extraordinary things in the next 15 years - end extreme poverty, fight inequality and injustice and fix climate change.
