On the basis of Public hearing call, EXPEDITIO submitted on 14/1/2016 comments on the draft Program for Protection and Preservation for area of Kotor for 2016 to the Secretariat for protection of natural and cultural heritage of Municipality Kotor.
We believe it is very positive that the mechanisms provided by the Law on the protection of natural and cultural-historical region of Kotor are activated as well as the funds on the basis of decisions on compensation for the commercial use of cultural assets which will be able to be used for the protection and preservation of the Region of Kotor are realized. Our comments relate primarily to the process of defining the Program for protection and conservation of Kotor area and the criteria by which stated projects are selected.
