International conference/workshop on the topic "Case studies of small and medium sized cities combating shrinkage and identifying alternative strategies in urban management from Latvia and abroad!" organized by Biedrība Urban Institute and Skola6 in cooperation with City Council of Cesis, was held on June 6 - 8 2016 in Cesisu (Latvia). This conference is part of the project New Ideas for Old Buildings activities, in which one of the partners is EXPEDITIO.
