In the framework of School4City project a research is being carried out examining how much the topic of sustainable cities is present at different levels of education in Montenegro. The survey is conducted by means of questionnaires, which aim to obtain information on how much the topic of sustainable cities is present at different levels of education (preschool, primary and secondary). The aim is also to examine whether, and to what extent, the teachers and educators include the programme Education for Sustainable Development in their activities in pre-school education.
Following an analysis of obtained responses guidelines for teachers and educators will be developed in order to improve the integration of the topic of sustainable cities into the process of teaching / learning.
