Workshop: GENDER AND SPACE, 14 December 2010

On Tuesday, 14 December 2010, in Hotel “Maestral” in Miločer, EXPEDITIO organized a workshop entitled “Gender and Space – Integration of Gender Equality Principles into Spatial Planning in Montenegro”.

The workshop was attended by 20 participants. It was primarily intended for men and women active in the field of spatial palnning, who are engaged in developing plans, their implementation or decision-making processes.  Gender and Space: workshop agenda

The workshop “Gender and Space” was one of the four round tables organized within a two-day seminar "Practical Experiences in the Implementation of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction". The seminar was organized by the Ministry for Spatial Planning and Environment and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Montenegro.

The project "Gender and Space" is financially supported by the Spatial Planning Support Project in Montenegro, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and managed by the United Nations Development Programme – UNDP.
